This module will provide employees with a foundational level of understanding of disability and build disability confidence. It will help you:
· gain a better understanding of workplace adjustments
· have meaningful conversations when requesting or providing workplace adjustments
· recognise the value of workplace adjustments for all employees.
Employees will need approximately 15 minutes to complete the module
