The Information Management & Records Management in DELWP course is a eLearning Module highly recommended for completion by all DELWP staff. 

Information Management and Records Management activities are driven by policy from all of government, but what does it all mean? And, more importantly, how does this apply to you as a DELWP staff member?

Following complete of this eLearning Module you will be able to:

  • define what Information is and what a Record is;
  • understand the Records Management Lifecycle and how it impacts you;
  • use the various digital storage platforms available in DELWP (ie. OneDrive, Teams, ECM SharePoint)
  • store documents appropriately based on their required security level
  • fulfil your obligations as a worker in the Victorian Public Sector

There will be a short assessment to test your knowledge after the module content is complete.
