Customer Assist is the DELWP Customer Contact Centre (CCC) system for managing and tracking customer enquiries, and storing Knowledge Articles used to help our customers. This program contains two modules:

1.       Accessing Customer Assist - will show you how to access a customer case that has been assigned to you to resolve. It will also show you how to log in to Customer Assist for the first time.

2.       Reviewing Knowledge Articles - will show you how to update and approve or reject changes to Knowledge Articles used by the CCC. This will also show you how to log in to Customer Assist for the first time.
